Concierge service
@ The Central Luxembourg the reception office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00: our concierge is a local expert and can assist with almost any travel problem you might face, so don’t be afraid to ask! Between the things that our concierge can do for you there are:
- provide assistance before you arrive by helping to plan out your first day, including a restaurant reservation for dinner;
- recommend how to get to the airport for less and get you a ride when there seems to be none available;
- help you to celebrate by getting tickets for shows, suggesting the best restaurants/happy hours/clubs or preparing your apartment for a dinner date;
- propose the best tourist sights and activities and how to experience them at best;
- help to do your job by assisting with work-related tasks, such as printing documents, setting up a courier service, mailing packages or setting up a meeting space;
- recommend local service folks such as babysitter, auto repair shop, dog walker;
- organize additional services such as housekeeping, luggage storage or book a massage at our wellness;
- organize washing, ironing, dry cleaning to allow you enjoying more spare time.
24/7 Self check-in
@The Central Luxembourg guests can completely skip the reception if they prefer so. To cater further to a more effective and likeable check-in process, beside the traditional reception desk open from 9:00 to 18:00, we offer our guests the possibility to check-in 24/7 from either their mobile device downloading the “SALTO JustIN Mobile App” (iOS version / Android version) on your smartphone, or from our self-check-in kiosk located at the entrance of the building. The application allows you to:
- Securely login and find your booking
- Opt-in for a room upgrade
- Fill in and sign digitally your registration cards
- Pre-authorise or directly bill your credit cards
- Issue your door lock key-cards
Premium Breakfast
Gone are the days of boring continental breakfasts. Instead, we say “good morning” with healthy food delivered to your door by our preferred partners that guarantees every day fresh ingredients.
Menu:
- 2 pastries (1 croissant, 1 pain au chocolat)
- 1 roll of bread (about 120 gr)
- Yogurt with muesli (125 gr)
- Fresh fruit salad
- Hand-pressed orange juice (25 cl)
- Jam (40 gr) & Butter (30 gr)
The breakfast basket will be delivered from Monday to Friday between 7:30 and 8:00 AM, directly to your apartment door. Orders can be made through our on-line reservation system while booking your apartment, or by contacting the Concierge at info@thecentral.lu before arrival. Service not available on Sundays and public holidays.
Private chef
Our experienced personal chefs provide complete “rent a chef” services for special occasions.
Private in-home chef service: let them do the cooking for you! Only fresh, never-processed ingredients “farm-to-table” style.
Imagine coming home and smelling delicious food, your personal chef has already arrived and is cooking directly in your kitchen!
It is a great way to give a fresh twist to a date, family dinner or lunch with friends. Our chefs will send you personalized menu proposals for you to choose from.
To make sure that all you have to do is enjoy yourself, they will also provide table service for you and your guests and clean up before leaving!
Fruit & vegetables baskets
Well-being begins with a fruity, vitamin-rich diet: have fresh fruit and vegetables delivered directly to your apartment! Enjoy the benefits and the energy provided by a healthy, rich and balanced diet.
You can choose different sized baskets: each is carefully prepared with the best seasonal products and superbly presented in a colourful arrangement.
