The processing of data collected by The Central is done in compliance with current regulations, and in particular with respect to the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The Central has put in place all necessary legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of your personal information. On receipt of the personal information, The Central will become such data administrator and will use it for all purposes necessary to fulfil your reservation including contacting you prior to your arrival.

 

Log Data
Like many website operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”). This log data may include information of your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics to collect, monitor and analyse the log data.

 

Communications
We may use your personal information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials.

 

Data Retention 
The Central will only store the payment data for as long as is necessary to fulfil your reservation. The Central will only retain your personal information for as long as is considered necessary to fulfil the purpose we collected it for, including satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. In some circumstances The Central may anonymise your personal information so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case we may use such information without further notice to you. Appropriate security measures have been implemented to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we aim to limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who need them in order to fulfil your requests.

Video Surveillance

 

The Central is equipped with a CCTV system installed in the common area and access of the building. In each an area of the building subjected to the CCTV system, the presence of camera is clearly indicated.

 

Purpose
The installed system is designed to:

  • secure access to the building;
  • ensure the safety of staff and customers;
  • detect and identify potentially suspicious or dangerous behaviour likely to cause accidents or incidents;
  • pinpoint the origin of an incident;
  • protect the property (buildings, installations, equipment, merchants, cash, etc.).

However, we do not guarantee that the system cannot be removed, tampered with or made to stop working by you or any unauthorised person. Should this happen, CCTV administrators are not responsible for any losses you may suffer directly or indirectly.

 

Cancellation Time
The Central retains CCTV footage for a period of one month.
